Terms of Service
Last updated: July 22, 2026
1. Who we are
Famelark ("the Service") is operated by Belord, LLC, 2261 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using famelark.com you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service does
Famelark tracks how often AI assistants cite your brand for tracked prompts, analyzes the sources behind those answers, drafts suggested actions (Reddit replies, outreach emails, content), sends outreach email on your instruction, and measures visits arriving from AI assistants via an optional script you install on your own site.
AI-engine answers are probabilistic and third-party. We disclose sample sizes and time windows, but we do not guarantee any particular visibility, ranking, citation, traffic or revenue outcome.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including team seats you invite. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and start with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment card; the first charge occurs when the trial ends unless you cancel before that. You can cancel anytime from Billing — cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
We may change plan prices with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send unsolicited bulk email, or email people who have opted out;
- publish deceptive, unlawful or harassing content on any platform;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation in outreach;
- violate the terms of third-party platforms (Reddit, review sites, etc.) — content we draft is posted by you, from your own accounts, and you are responsible for it;
- probe, overload or disrupt the Service.
We enforce sending limits, content screening and complaint-based suspension of outreach. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content and data
You retain all rights to the information you provide (brand details, prompts, drafts you edit). You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — e.g. to query AI engines about your brand, store results, and send email you instruct us to send. Draft text we generate for you is yours to use.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g. removal of content you post) or for decisions you make based on the data we show.
8. Termination
You can delete your projects and stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 6–9 survive termination.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days in advance. Questions: hello@famelark.com.
